Welcome to Painted Beauty
Painted Beauty is a future 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating welcoming, accessible art experiences where people of every ability can discover the joy of creative expression. We believe there is no wrong way to create beauty, and through color, compassion, and community, we hope to paint the world beautiful - one person at a time.
Our Vision
Our vision is for Painted beauty is a full service art studio, equipped with multiple stations that are adaptable for different types of wheel chairs as well as standing easels. We will provide adaptable brushes, non-toxic acrylic paint and adaptive writing/drawing utensils. Of course we will adapt and take suggestions as we go to ensure our members are well taken care of. This is not a drop off facility and it will be required that aides or family members accompany our members with special needs.
We will follow a model of open studio time from 8-11am and 12-3pm. Members will be able to pre-book their spot ahead of time and walk-ins are welcome given there is space. We will be offering classes by local artists as well as special events and a gallery night once per month.
It is our hope that the Painted Beauty Art Studio will grow and we will be able to create an entire art campus and add locations in the future.
